摘    要:
目的 研究糖皮质激素受体(glucocorticoid receptors,GR)在人成骨肉瘤细胞株MG63、U2-OS及HOS的表达及差异.方法 人成骨肉瘤细胞株MG63、U2-OS及HOS购买于ATCC,常规方法培养细胞.待细胞株生长良好时,检测3种细胞株的细胞骨架、黏附力等细胞特性,通过realtime RT-PCR和Western blot法检测GR表达情况.结果 3种人成骨肉瘤细胞株有不同细胞特性,GR在3种人成骨肉瘤细胞株中表达存在差异.结论 GR在不同功能的人成骨肉瘤细胞株中表达不同.

Abstract:
Objective To study the expression and differences of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in osteosarcoma lines MG63,U2-OS and HOS.Methods Human osteosarcoma lines MG63,U2-OS and HOS were purchased from ATCC.Cells were fostered by conventional methods.When the cell lines grow well,we detected the character of three cell lines for cytoskeleton and adhesion properties.We performed realtime RT-PCR to examine GR expression.Results The character of three human osteosarcoma lines were different.The expression of GR was of significant difference between three human osteosarcoma lines.Conclusion The expression of GR were different between the different functions of human osteosarcoma lines.
