| 摘 要： | 本文选择以黄疸为主要临床表现的酒精性肝炎患者68例,随机分为两组,对照组33例,单纯用西药治疗,治疗组35例,西药治疗同对照组,并予加用中药加味葛根汤煎服.疗程结束观察结果;治疗组总有效率为97.1%.明显优于对照组(P＜0.01)提示加味葛根汤配合西药治疗酒精性肝炎,尤其是伴有黄疸者有良好效果,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | We chose 68 patients suffered from alcoholic hepatitis with jaundice and observed them. First of all, we divided them into two groups randomly, and there are 33 patients in the control group whom were treated by Western medicine onJy, whiIe the other 35 patients were treated by the Chinese medicine-Gegen Decoctum besides the western medicines. After the treatment. 97.1% of 35 patients fully recovered. The effective rate is obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Therefore, we think that the treatment of the patients suffered from alcoholic hepatitis with jaundice by western medicines and Gegen Decoctum is an effective. |
