幽门螺旋菌脂多糖生物学活性的研究

摘    要:
应用酚水法提出了幽门螺旋菌902905株的脂多糖。该脂多糖在0.5ng/ml浓度时即能凝固鲎血液变形细胞溶解物,注入家兔后可使动物出现Shwartzman现象和发热反应,其热曲线呈双峰型。家兔体内注射该脂多糖后0.5h,其血压明显下降,注后1.0h时血压降至零,动物外周血中白细胞先升后降。该脂多糖注入小鼠后,可导致动物死亡,其内脏出现严重的毛细血管扩张并伴有少量出血。实验结果证实幽门螺旋菌脂多糖具有典型的内毒素活性。

Abstract:
The lipopolysaccharides of Helicobacetr pylori (Hp-LPS) was extracted by phenol-water Method.Hp-LPS at the concentration 0.5ng/ml could solidify lumulis amoebocyte lysate.Shwartzman phenomenon and pyrogenetic response with biphasic curve in rabbits would occur after the animals were given with Hp-LPS. The blood pressure of rabbits was obviouslv declined after the animals had been injected with Hp-LPS and the blood pressure fell to zero at the first hour after injection. The numbers of leukocyte in peripheral blood of the rabbits increased at first and then decreased gradually. Hp-LPS could result in the death of mice if Hp-LPS had been injected into the animals. There was serious capillarectasia with a slight hemorrhage in internal organs of the mice. The results showed that Hp-LPS possessed the activities of endotoxin.
