| 糖尿病患者的白细胞吞噬功能 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用单层细胞法和超微结构对糖尿病患者和正常人的白细胞吞噬功能进行了对比研究。结果发现糖尿病组白细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数和溶菌率等指标均较正常对照组降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），多数糖尿病患者白细胞的超微结构亦有异常改变，从而提示白细胞吞噬功能降低可能是糖尿病患者易感染的重要因素之一。 |

| Abstract: | The phagocytosis of neutrophils in the diabetic patients and normal controls was studied ultrastructurally and with the tech-niques of monolayer. The results demonstrated that the rates of phagocytosis,index of phagocytosis and the rates of microbiol lysiswere obviously lower in the diabetic patients than in the healthy people(P<0.01). The ultrastructure of the neutrophils in mostdiabatic patients were also abnormal. It suggested that the impairment of phagocytosis of the neutrophils might be one of the mostimportant causes for the susceptibility to infection in diabetes mellitus. |
