Determination of main alkaloids in two species of Radix Aconiti by HPLC |

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was used to determinate the main alkaloids in two species of Radix Aconiti(Chuanwu and Caowu). Aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine were separated on a Spherisob ODS column with biphenyl as internal standard substance. The mobile phase consisted of methanol, water, chloroform and triethylamine in ratio of 60: 40: 2: 0. 1. |
