| 摘 要： | 目的了解脑卒中患者院外功能锻炼依从性及社会支持状况,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用自设脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性问卷和肖水源的"社会支持评定量表",对135例脑卒中患者进行调查分析。结果脑卒中患者院外功能锻炼依从性平均得分为(33.61±8.49)分;82.96%的脑卒中患者依从率处于中低等水平;社会支持平均分为(29.21±6.30)分;院外功能锻炼依从性与社会支持的相关系数为r=0.511,P<0.01。结论脑卒中患者院外功能锻炼依从性处于中低水平,与社会支持呈中度正相关,医护人员应积极评估并制定干预措施,提高脑卒中患者的社会支持,尤其是家庭支持,进而提高其院外功能锻炼依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of functional exercise compliance and social support among stroke patients after discharge,and to study the relationship between them. Method 135 patients were investigated for their functional exercise compliance and social support with the compliance questionnaire and social support rating scale. Result The mean score of the stroke patients＇ compliance was 33.61 8.49,and there were almost 82.96% of patients＇ compliance rate was in a medium or lower level.The mean score of social support was 29.21 6.30,and there correlation coefficient between compliance and social support was r=0.511,P〈0.01. Conclusion The compliance was in a medium and lower level,and there was a medium positive correlation between compliance and social support.The nursing should assess the social support status of stroke patients and make some interventions to improve it,especially the family support,and then improve the stroke patients＇ exercise compliance after they discharge. |
