基层X线片膝关节疾病谱分析

目的观察门诊膝痛患者X线片诊断结果的疾病谱,分析基层膝关节疾病的构成情况,为基层膝关节疾病的诊治与预防提供客观资料。方法选取2006年10月—2007年9月良乡医院放射科门诊患者的膝关节X线片,分析膝关节疾病的构成。结果3345例以膝痛为主诉的患者中:骨性关节炎1497例(44.75%),未见骨折584例(17.46%),未见骨质异常492例(14.71%),骨折后复查375例(11.21%,其中髌骨骨折183例,胫骨平台、髁间棘及胫骨上段骨折92例,腓骨头及腓骨上段骨折70,股骨内,外上髁及股骨下段骨折30例),骨折225例(6.73%)等。结论门诊膝痛患者中膝骨性关节炎最多见;因急性外伤病史就诊的患者占多数;青少年患者胫骨结节骨软骨炎较多。

X-ray Analysis of Basal Knee Disease Spectrum

Objective To observe the disease spectrum of X-ray results in outpatients with gonalgia and to analyze the compositions of basal knee joint diseases,to provide objective information on treatment and prevention.Methods We selected X-ray films of gonalgia patients received at out-patient clinic of radiology department of Liangxiang Hospital from 2006-10 to 2007-9,to analyze the compositions of knee joint diseases.Results Out of 3 345 patients who complained of gonalgia,osteoarthritis(OA)was found in 1 497(44.75%),no fracture in 584(17.46%),no abnormal sclerotin in 492(14.71%),review after fracture in 375(11.21%),fracture in 225(6.73%),and so on.Conclusion Knee osteoarthritis is the commonest in gonalgia patients at outpatient clinic;most patients are due to acute traumatic history;tibial tubercle osteochondritis is more common in young patients.
