Effect of DC-CIK combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine on colorectal cancer after complete mesenteric resection

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dendritic cell-cytokine(DC-CIK)induced killer cells combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine in the treatment of colon cancer after complete mesangectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 128 patients with colon cancer admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Chenzhou City,Hunan Province from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was 54 cases.Treatment of oxaliplatin and capecitabine;74 cases in the observation group,DC-CIK-induced killer cells combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine treatment after complete mesangectomy;comparison of patients’immune function and evaluation of the safety of treatment.Results After treatment,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD19+、CD3+CD56+cells were higher in the observation group than in the control group,Treg cells were lower than the control group,and carcinoembryonic antigen(Carcinoembryonic Antigen,CEA)was lower than the control group,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction,neurotoxicity The incidence of adverse reactions and skin symptoms was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion DC-CIK-induced killer cells combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine in the treatment of colon cancer after complete mesentery resection have achieved good clinical effects,can improve immune function,and have great clinical significance and are worthy of application.
