儿童家长伤害态度问卷的汉化及信效度研究

目的 汉化儿童家长伤害态度问卷（injury attitudes questionnaire,IAQ）并进行信效度检验。方法 根据Brislin翻译原则对IAQ进行翻译、回译及跨文化调试，形成中文版IAQ 问卷；采用便利抽样法选取三个社区的儿童家长进行问卷调查，运用SPSS 22.0评价问卷的信效度。结果 儿童家长伤害态度问卷的Cronbach α系数、折半信度和重测信度系数分别为0.907、0.753和0.872；内容效度指标（S - CVI）为0.929，采用家长监督属性概况问卷（parent supervision attributes profile questionnaire, PSAPQ）作为校标问卷，该问卷得分与校标问卷得分呈负相关关系（r = - 0.329，P＜0.001），因子分析提取的2个公因子累计贡献率为62.043%，并且结构与源问卷相同。结论 中文版儿童家长伤害态度问卷的信效度较好，可作为家长对儿童伤害态度的有效评估工具。

Reliability and validity of injury attitude questionnaire for Chinese parents

Objective To translate the Injury Attitudes Questionnaire(IAQ) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods The IAQ was translated, back-translated and cross-culturally debugged according to Brislin’s translation principles to form a Chinese version. Using convenience sampling method, parents in three communities were selected for the survey,and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using SPSS 22.0. Results The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, half reliability and retest reliability coefficients of the IAQ were 0.907, 0.753 and 0.872, respectively. The content validity index(S-CVI) was 0.929. The Parent Supervision Attributes Profile Questionnaire(PSPAQ) was used as the effect standard questionnaire, and the scores of this questionnaire were negatively correlated with the scores of the effect standard questionnaire(r=-0.329, P<0.001). The cumulative contribution of the two common factors extracted by factor analysis was62.043%, and the structure was the same as the source questionnaire. Conclusion The reliability of the Chinese version of IAQ is good and can be used as a valid assessment tool for parents’ attitudes toward child injury.
