广西壮族7~12岁小学生不同身体成分与心肺耐力的关联分析

摘    要:目的 了解广西壮族7~12岁小学生不同身体成分与心肺耐力之间存在的关联,为小学生心肺耐力促进和干预提供参考和借鉴。方法 采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,以广西壮族3 877名7~12岁小学生为调查对象,进行身体成分和心肺耐力的测试与评价。结果 广西壮族7~12岁小学生身体成分的体质量指数为(16.85±2.41)kg/m2、腰围(58.06±9.00)cm、体型指数(0.08±0.01)。心肺耐力的20米往返跑次数为(16.21±7.69)laps、最大摄氧量(43.76±2.54)ml/(kg·min)。不同体质量指数小学生心肺耐力的20米往返跑次数、最大摄氧量成绩相比较,差异均有统计学意义(F值为13.124、25.511,P<0.01);不同腰围方面相比较,差异也有统计学意义(F值为223.762、216.741,P<0.01);不同体型指数方面相比较,差异也有统计学意义(F值为88.285、45.992,P<0.01)。线性回归分析表明,身体成分的体质量指数(β=-0.072)、腰围(β=-0.075)、体型指数(β=-0.036)均能有效预测小学生的最大摄氧量水平。结论 广西壮族7~12岁小学生身体成分的体质量指数、腰围、体型指数均能有效预测VO2max水平,存在关联。

Abstract:To understand the relationship between different body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance of 7-12 years old pupils of Guangxi Zhuang nationality, and to provide reference for the promotion and intervention of cardiorespiratory endurance of pupils in Guangxi. Methods Using stratified random cluster sampling method, 3 877 primary school students aged 7-12 years of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi were selected as the survey subjects, and the test and evaluation of body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance were carried out. Results The BMI, waist circumference and ABSI index scores of 7-12 years old pupils of Guangxi Zhuang nationality were(16.85±2.41) kg/m2,(58.06±9.00) cm, and(0.08±0.008), respectively. The scores of 20 mSRT and VO2 max for cardiorespiratory endurance were(16.21±7.69) laps and(43.76±2.54) mL/kg/min, respectively. Comparing the 20 mSRT times and VO2 max scores of different BMI pupils’ cardiorespiratory endurance, the difference is statistically significant(F=13.124, 25.511, P<0.01). Compared with different waist circumference, the difference was also statistically significant(F=223.762, 216.741, P<0.01). Compared with different ABSI, the difference was also statistically significant(F value is 88.285, 45.992, P<0.01). Linear regression analysis showed that BMI(β=-0.072), waist circumference(β=-0.075) and ABSI(β=-0.036) of body composition could effectively predict the VO2 max level of primary school students. Conclusion The BMI, waist circumference and ABSI of the 7-12 years old pupils of Guangxi Zhuang nationality can effectively predict the VO2 max level, and there is an association.
