医护一体化护理模式在免疫吸附治疗风湿病中的应用

目的 探讨改革护理模式,观察医护一体化护理模式在免疫吸附治疗风湿病中的作用.方法 采用前瞻性临床病例对照研究方法,选择2013年8月至2015年8月于我院行免疫吸附治疗的风湿病患者60例作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组(n=30,采用医护一体化护理模式)和对照组(n=30,采用传统护理模式),比较两组患者的平均住院时间、并发症以及患者满意度的差异.结果 观察组平均住院时间为(8.2±0.9)d,而对照组为(9.4±1.1)d,组间差异有统计学意义(t=4.720,P=0.000).与对照组比较,观察组血管通路堵塞及血栓的发生率有所减少,患者的满意度明显提高(P均<0.05).结论 在免疫吸附治疗风湿病中实行医护一体化新模式,具有减少并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度,深化护理内涵,值得在临床上推广应用.

Application of doctor-nurse integration nursing mode to the immunoadsorption therapy rheumatism

Objective To explore the change of nursing model,and to observe the effect of doctor-nurse integration nursing mode on immunoadsorption therapy rheumatism.Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatism treated by immonoadsorption technology from Aug.2013 to Aug.2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases,treated with doctor-nurse integration nursing mode) and the control group(30 cases,treated with traditional nursing model) according to the prospective clinical controlled study.The hospital stays,complications and patients' satisfaction of the patients of the two groups were observed.Results The hospital stays of the observation group were(8.2±0.9)days,while it were(9.4±1.1)days for the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.720,P=0.000).Compared with the control group,the occurance rate of the blocking of vascular access and thrombus in vascular access of the observation group were reduced to some extent and the patients' satisfaction was also improved dramatically(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of doctor-nurse integration nursing mode to the immunoadsorption therapy can reduce the complications,shorten the hospital stays,improve the patients' satisfaction and deepen the nursing culture,which is worthy of further clinical application.
