丽水地区健康体检女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况分析

目的 了解浙江省丽水地区健康体检女性生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况和基因分型的分布特征.方法 采用HPV分型基因芯片检测系统对2013年1月至2015年12月间在浙江省丽水市人民医院体检的7 895例女性生殖道标本进行基因分型检测,分析其总体感染率、重叠感染率、年龄的分布特点.结果 7 895例女性检出 HPV感染者1 787例,感染阳性率为22.63%,其中HPV高危亚型1 513例,检出率为19.16% ,占阳性感染者的84.67%,居前4位的高危亚型分别为HPV52(14.21%) 、HPV58(13.60%) 、HPV53(10.91%)、HPV16(10.30%);HPV低危亚型274例,检出率为 3.47%,占阳性感染者的 15.33%,居前2位的低危亚型分别为CP8304(9.79%)和HPV6(2.01%).所有HPV阳性病例中单一亚型病毒株感染者占84.56%,双重亚型病毒株感染者占13.15%,三重及三重以上亚型病毒株感染者占2.29%.多重感染时随着合并感染的亚型数增加,所占比例逐渐降低.≥61岁年龄组和51~60岁年龄组的感染率较高,分别达到30.96%和28.38%.结论 浙江省丽水地区健康体检女性人群HPV感染常见亚型为HPV52型、HPV58型、HPV53型,HPV16型,≥61岁年龄组和51~60岁年龄组人群HPV感染率较高,相关部门应加强此类人群HPV的预防控制.

Human papilloma virus infection in females receiving physical examination in Lishui area in Zhejiang Province

Objective To understand genital human papilloma virus (HPV) infection in females taking physical examination in Lishui of Zhejiang Province and its genotype distribution characteristics.Methods Genitourinary specimens of 7 895 women receiving physical examination in Lishui People''s Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2013 to December 2015 were detected using HPV genotyping gene chip analysis system.Overall infection rate, superinfection rate and age distribution were analyzed.Results Altogether 1 787 women were detected with HPV infection in 7 895 women, with positive infection rate of 22.63%.Among them 1 513 cases were high-risk subtypes, and its detection rate was 19.16%, accounting for 84.67% of HPV positive patients.Top 4 high-risk subtypes were HPV52 (14.21%), HPV58 (13.60%), HPV53 (10.91%) and HPV16 (10.30%).Meanwhile 274 cases were low-risk HPV subtypes, and its detection rate was 3.47%, accounting for 15.33% of HPV positive patients.Top 2 low-risk subtypes were CP8304 (9.79%) and HPV6 (2.01%).Among all HPV positive cases, 84.56% cases were infected with single subtype virus strain, 13.15% infected with double subtype virus strain and 2.29% with triple and multiple subtypes virus strain.In multiple infection cases, with increase of number of subtypes, proportion reduced gradually.Infection rates of women over 61 and aged 51-60 were high, accounting for 30.96% and 28.38% respectively.Conclusion Common subtypes of HPV infection in women taking physical examination in Lishui of Zhejiang Province are HPV 52, HPV58, HPV53 and HPV16.HPV infection rates in women over 61 and aged 51-60 are high, and relevant departments should strengthen HPV prevention among these people.
