锌制剂减轻儿童腹泻症状的效果分析

目的 评价锌制剂对锌水平正常患儿腹泻症状的治疗效果.方法 选择2013年2月至2016年6月在延安市宝塔区人民医院就诊的血清锌水平正常的腹泻患儿84例,随机分为试验组41例和对照组43例,对照组给予补液、止泻和抗感染等常规治疗,试验组在此基础上口服硫酸锌口服液,1支/次,1次/天,疗程均为10天,比较两组治疗后腹泻严重程度和不同时点痊愈率.结果 试验组和对照组各有39例和40例患儿完成研究,试验组72h痊愈率和120h痊愈率(82.05%和97.43%)均高于对照组(40.00%和70.00%)(χ2值分别为16.093、10.812,均P<0.05),试验组腹泻病程44h,低于对照组86h,差异有统计学意义(Z=21.197,P<0.05);治疗后两组大便频率分别为2.5次和3.0次,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 锌制剂能有效治疗儿童腹泻,而且患儿锌水平并不影响锌制剂疗效,但确切的机制需要更多的研究证实.

Curative effect of zinc preparation on alleviating symptoms of children diarrhea

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of zinc preparation on alleviating diarrhea symptoms in children with normal serum zinc.Methods From February 2013 to June 2016, 84 diarrhea children whose serum zinc levels were normal were selected in Yan ' an Baota District People's Hospital, and they were randomly divided into test group (n=41) and control group (n=43).Conventional treatment such as rehydration , anti-diarrheal and anti-infection was provided for the control group .Oral sulfate zinc liquid was provided for the cases in the test group on basis of conventional treatment .The dosage was one bottle each time , QD, and the course was 10 days. Severity of diarrhea and recovery rate at different time points were evaluated after treatment .Results Totally 39 and 40 patients completed the study in the test group and the control group , respectively.Cure rates at 72h and 120h of the test group (82.05%and 97.43%) were higher than those in the control group (40.00% and 70.00%) (χ2 value was 16.093 and 10.812, respectively, both P<0.05).The duration of diarrhea in the test group (44h) was shorter than that in the control group (86h) with statistical significance (Z=21.197, P<0.05).Stool frequency was 2.5 times and 3 times after treatment in the test group and control group , respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Zinc preparation can alleviate children diarrhea effectively and zinc level does not affect efficacy of zinc preparation .But the exact mechanism needs further studies .
