无痛钳刮术联合米索前列醇终止10~14周妊娠的研究

目的 分析可视无痛钳刮术联合米索前列醇终止10~14周妊娠的临床效果.方法 选取河北省廊坊市第四人民医院自2014年12月至2016年12月收治的90例要求终止妊娠的孕妇,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,两组均给予可视无痛钳刮术治疗,对照组术前给予利多卡因,观察组术前给予米索前列醇,对比两组宫颈软化扩张分级、疼痛评分、手术时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合征发生率及临床疗效.结果 观察组与对照组相比,宫颈软化扩张分级较高、疼痛评分较低、手术时间短、术中出血量少、人工流产综合征发生率较低,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为8.25、5.67、6.11、6.23、5.76,均P<0.05).两组流产成功率相比无明显差异(χ2=0.92,P>0.05).结论 可视无痛钳刮术联合米索前列醇终止10~14周妊娠可获得较好的流产成功率,对母亲损伤较小,安全性高.

Clinical study of terminating 10-14 weeks of pregnancy with paintless curretage combining mesoprostol

Objective To explore the clinical effects of terminating 10-14 weeks of pregnancy with visual paintless curretage combining mesoprostol.Methods Ninety pregnant women requiring termination of pregnancy were selected from Langfang Fourth People's Hospital from December 2014 to December 2016.Random number table method was used to divide the cases into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.Cases in two groups were given visual painless curretage treatment.In the control group lidocaine was given before sugery,and misoprostol was preoperatively given to cases in the observation group.Two groups were compared in terms of cervical softening expansion stage,pain score,operation time,intraoperative blood loss, incidence of induced abortion syndrome and clinical curative effect.Results Compared with the control group,cervical softening expansion stage was higher,pain score was lower,operation time was shorter,intraoperative blood loss was less,incidence of induced abortion syndrome was lower in the observation group with significant differences(χ2value was 8.25,5.67,6.11,6.23 and 5.76,respectively,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in successful rate of abortion between two groups(χ2=0.92, P>0.05).Conclusion Successful rate of abortion can be achieved by combined using of misoprostol and visual painless curretage with less damage and higher safety.
