经阴道后穹窿行阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床分析

目的 探讨经阴道后穹窿路径阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2011年12月至2016年6月在新疆医科大学第六附属医院住院进行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者资料,其中经阴道后穹窿路径阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术患者85例(阴式组),腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术98例(腹腔镜组),比较两种手术效果和术后恢复情况,并加以分析.结果 阴式组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后住院时间及VAS评分等方面与腹腔镜组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.303、3.182、2.776、2.571、4.541,均P<0.05).结论 根据适应证选择经阴道后穹窿行阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术是一种安全经济的手术方法,是一种值得临床上推广的微创手术.

Clinical analysis of transvaginal myomectomy through pathway of posterior vaginal fornix

Objective To study the safety and clinical value of transvaginal hysterectomy through pathway of posterior vaginal fornix.Methods From December 2011 to June 2016, a retrospective analysis was made on data of cases undergoing myomectomy in the Affiliated No.6 Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.There were 85 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy through the pathway of posterior vaginal fornix, and 98 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy.Operation effect and postoperative recovery were compared.Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay and VAS score of transvaginal hysterectomy group were better than laparoscopic myomectomy group with statistically significant differences (t value was 4.303, 3.182, 2.776, 2.571 and 4.541, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal myomectomy according to indications is a kind of safe and economic operation method.It is a kind of minimally invasive surgery worthy of being popularized.
