摘    要:
目的 探讨医护一体化关键绩效指标管理模式的成效.方法 将病房分为3个医疗组,每组设医疗、护理组长1名、医生组员3名、护士组员10~12人,科主任、护士长根据医院总体目标及学科发展规划,制定本科室医护一体化关键绩效指标管理办法并组织实施.结果 实施医护一体化关键绩效指标管理模式后,出院患者数增加260例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均住院日缩短1.59 d;病床使用率增加7.97%;药品比例降低3.78%;抗生素使用强度降低4.11%;患者满意度提高2.18分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医疗护理质量分提高2.45分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 实施医护一体化关键绩效指标管理模式后,既提高了病房的床位使用率,降低了药品比例及抗生素使用强度,又降低了医疗成本,提高了患者及家属的满意度.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the key-performance-indicator management model based on the integration of doctors and nurses. Methods The ward was divided into three medical groups, each group set up a medical leader and a nursing leader, three doctors and ten to twelve nurses. The department director and nurse leader formulated the key-performance-indicator management measures based on the integration of doctors and nurses and organ-ize the implementation according to the hospital's overall goals and the discipline's plan of development. Result After the implementation of the key-performance-indicator management model based on the integration of doctors and nurses, the number of discharged patients increased by 260 cases, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . The average length of stay was shortened by 159 days. The utilization rate of the hospital bed increased by 7. 97%. The ratio of drug was decreased by 3. 78%. The utilization of the antibiotic was decreased by 4. 11%. Patients' satisfaction increased by 2. 18 points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The scores of the quality of medi-cal care was improved by 2. 45 points, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 001 ) . Conclusions The implementation of the key-performance-indicator management model based on the integration of doctors and nurses im-proved the utilization rate of the ward beds, reduced the proportion of drugs, reduced the antibiotic defined daily doses, and reduced the medical cost, improved the satisfaction of patients and their families.
