分级心理护理在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的临床应用

目的 探讨分级心理护理在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的临床应用.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院消化内科住院治疗的AP患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.两组患者均接受相应的内科常规治疗和一般护理.观察组除常规的心理护理外,进行分级心理护理干预,对照组仅给予常规心理护理.比较两组患者入院72 h(治疗前)及住院第8天(治疗后)的焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS)评分 、对急性胰腺炎疾病知识的掌握程度.结果 入院时两组的SAS与SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义.分级心理护理治疗后,两组患者的焦虑抑郁评分明显减低(P<0.001),观察组评分比对照组低(P<0.001), 两组掌握AP疾病防治知识比较分级心理护理治疗后,两组患者对AP疾病防治知识掌握评分均有明显提高(P<0.001),观察组的评分较对照组高(P<0.001).结论 分级心理护理可明显降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者对急性胰腺炎疾病防治知识掌握程度.

The clinical application of grading psychological nursing on the nursing of acute pancreatitis

Objective To explorer the clinical application of grading psychological nursing care on patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected and were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).Patients of the two groups both received appropriate conventional medical treatment and general care.The patients of the control group only received routine psychological care,while the patients of the observation group received grading psychological nursing care on the basis of the routine psychological care.The socre of anxiety rating scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and mastery of knowledge of the disease in acute pancreatitis of the two groups of patients admitted to hospital 72 hours (before treatment) and hospitalization on day 8 (after treatment) were compared.Results The results showed that the difference of the SAS and SDS scores at admission of the two groups had no statistical significance.The score of the anxiety and depression of the two groups was significantly reduced after received grading psychological nursing care (P<0.001),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.001).The score of the master degree of AP prevention knowledge of the two groups was significantly increased (P<0.001), and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion The grading psychological nursing care can significantly reduce the psychological care of patients with anxiety and depression, improve patients' knowledge of the extent of prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis disease control.
