影响社区护士能力的相关因素与对策

目的 了解社区护士的各项能力,探讨影响社区护士能力的因素.方法 采用问卷调查河南省2个中等城市的在职社区护士的综合能力, 包括人际沟通能力、基础护理操作能力、社区急救能力、独立解决问题能力、计算机应用能力、专科技能、预判能力、科研及管理能力, 并分析其相关因素.结果 社区护士已基本具备了基础护理操作能力(8.04±1.29)、人际沟通能力(7.12±1.27)、社区应急急救能力(6.02±1.35)、计算机应用能力(8.15±1.29), 但独立裁决能力(5.38±1.35)、专科技能(5.87±1.28)、预判能力(4.24±1.28)、科研及管理能力(3.53±1.26)相对欠缺.结论 目前,社区护士的综合素质比往年显著提升,但仍存在问题,在职人员应加强后期培训,提高自身专业技能;着重体现人文关怀的重要性,加大出院后延续护理的实施力度;加强社区医疗建设投入等,进而全面提升社区护士综合素质,提高社区护理服务质量.

Relevant factors on influencing the ability of community nurse and countermeasure

Objective To understand about the abilities of community nurses and investigate the factors that influence the ability of community nurses.Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate the comprehensive abilities of in-service community nurses in 2 medium-sized cities of Henan province,including interpersonal communication ability, basic nursing operation ability,community first-aid ability,independent problem-solving ability, computer application ability,professional skill,pre-judge ability,scientific research and management ability,and analyzing the relevant factors.Results Community nurses had the basically nursing operation ability (8.04±1.29), interpersonal communication ability (7.12±1.27), community emergency first-aid ability (6.02±1.35) and computer application ability (8.15±1.29),but relatively independent problem-solving ability (5.38±1.35), professional skill (5.87±1.28),pre-judge ability (4.24±1.28),scientific research and management ability (3.53±1.26) were deficient.Conclusion At present,the comprehensive qualities of community nurses have been obviously improved compared with previous years,but there are still some problems.The in-service staff should strengthen post training and improve their own professional skills.In addition,it should be emphasized to embody the significance of humanistic care,strengthen the implementation capacity of continuing nursing after discharge and enhance community medical construction investment so as to further improve the comprehensive qualities of community nurses and community nursing service quality.
