益气活血法对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学的影响

目的:观察益气活血法对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学影响。方法:64只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组8只和造模组56只,采用以MNNG损伤为主的综合法复制大鼠胃癌前病变模型,随机处死10只大鼠经病理确定造模成功后,再将46只造模组大鼠随机分为模型组12只、益气活血高、低剂量组各12只和胃复春组10只。实验组分别给予益气活血方、胃复春混悬液灌胃治疗12周。光镜下观察大鼠胃黏膜组织学改变。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠胃黏膜细胞的厚度显著降低(P<0.01),炎症程度显著升高(P<0.01);药物治疗后,益气活血高、低剂量组、胃复春组大鼠胃组织炎症计分程度较模型组明显减轻(P<0.05,P<0.01)。正常组大鼠未见胃黏膜萎缩发生;药物治疗后,与模型组比较,益气活血高剂量组大鼠胃组织萎缩计分程度明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血法可改善胃癌前病变大鼠模型胃黏膜组织病理。

Impact of Yiqihuoxue Therapies on Grastric Mucosal Histopathology in Rats with Gastric Precancerous Lesions

Objective: To investigate the impact of Yiqihuoxue therapies on gastric mucosal histopathology in rats with gastric precancerous lesions. Methods: Sity-four Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into blank control group(n=8) and model group(n=56). Gastric precancerous lesions were induced in model rats by MNNG in? jury to the stomach. Ten model rats were randomly sacrificed for histopathological examination. The rest 46 mod? el rats were divided into 4 groups: model group(n=12), high-Yiqihuoxue group(n=12), low-Yiqihuoxuegroup(n=12), and Weifuchun group(n=10). The corresponding drugs were intragastrically given for 12 weeks. The changes in gastric mucosa were observed under a light microscope. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the thickness of gastric mucosa was significantly reduced(P<0.01) and the degree of inflammation and atrophy of gas? tric mucosa was significantly greater(P<0.01) in the model group. After Yiqihuoxue and Weifuchun treatment, the degree of inflammation was dramatically decreased in all 3 groups and atrophy of gastric mucosa was reduced in high-Yiqihuoxue group as compared with the model control(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue therapies can improve histopathology in rats with gastric precancerous lesions.
