| 摘 要： | 人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)可解除患者疼痛、改善肢体功能,提高患者的生活质量。由于RA患者有特殊的生理及病理特点,行TKA术较骨性关节炎患者有需要特别注意的问题,其中一些问题当今仍有争议。该文通过近年文献资料的回顾,就TKA围术期处理、手术操作、术后康复等方面予以综述

| Abstract: | Total knee arthroplasty （ TKA ） is the treatment for patients with rheumatoid arthritis （ RA ） which can relieve pain, improve body function and quality of life. Due to the special physiological and patho- logical features,comparing with osteoarthritis（OA） patients,some specifics should be paid attention to during TKA treatment for RA patients, and some are still controversial today. Here is to make a review of the preop- erative management, operation technique, postoperative rehabilitation of TKA by studying the literature in recent veals. |
