摘    要:概述了近年来国内外利用功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)技术对传统医学针刺作用机制研究现状以及研究所面临的基本问题,并探讨未来应用前景。通过fMRI对穴位特异性、针刺机制、针刺效应观察等几方面的文献研究得出以下结论:针刺腧穴与脑结构具有区域特异性;针刺效应是通过多个脑功能区的相互作用而产生;针刺效果与脑内部分区域的功能变化有相关性。因此,fMRI技术是研究针刺作用机制的一个有效方法,其作用机制、研究方法有待进一步证实。

Research Prospect of Mechanism of Acupuncture Based on fMRI Technique

Abstract:In recent years, it is introduced in detail that functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) tech- nology is used for traditional medicine acupuncture mechanism and the study of present situation, the mecha- nisms of acupuncture and the basic problem faced with the institute in home and abroad. It has also discussed the future application prospect. Through the observation of the acupoint specificity, mechanism of acupuncture and acupuncture effect and some other aspects which comes to the conclusion. The acupuncture points with the brain structure have been demonstrated through fMRI with regional specificity; The curative effect of acupunc- ture is generated by the interaction of multiple brain regions ; Effect of acupuncture and correlated with changes in parts of the brain function. Therefore, fMRI technology is an effective method for the study of acupuncture mechanism and the mechanism and research remain to be further confirmed.
