利巴韦林合阿奇霉素治疗小儿疱疹性咽炎60例临床观察

目的:探讨小儿疱疹性咽炎患者采用利巴韦林合阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果。方法:观察120例小儿疱疹性咽炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组患者采用利巴韦林治疗;试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿奇霉素治疗。结果:试验组患者治疗有效率、退热时间及治疗总时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:利巴韦林合阿奇霉素治疗小儿疱疹性咽炎,能有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,提高治疗效果,缩短患者的治疗时间,显著改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。

Conclusion Clinically, herpes pharyngitis in pediatric patients with ribavirin azithromycin, effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the duration of treatment of patients, significantly improved the prognosis of patients, and the occurrence of adverse reactions very small, it is in clinical on promotion and application.
