呼吸病房院内下呼吸道感染细菌分布及耐药状况

摘    要:
目的:了解院内下呼吸道感染细菌分布和耐药状况。方法:调查2001年度痰培养结果,药敏用MIC法测定。结果:检出细菌118株,G^-杆菌(GNB)占66%,非发酵菌群占多数;G^ 球菌(PS)均为葡萄球菌,亚胺培南对GNB,万古霉素对GPB的耐药率最低,结论:菌谱以GNB为主,亚胺培南的耐药率最低;GPB以耐甲氧要葡萄球菌(MRS)为主,万古霉素耐药率最低。

Abstract:
Objective To study on the distribution and drug resistance of the bacteria in patients with the nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) in respiratory ward Methods The sputum's culture of the patients with the nosocomial LRTI in respiratory ward in 2001 was studied by MIC methods Results 118 strains were Isolated Most (66%) of which were Gram negative bacillus (GNB),Most of GNB were non fermenters The Gram positive bacteria (GPB) are all Staphylococcus,most (93%) of GPB were methicilin resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) The lower of drug resistance to GNB was Imipenem;Vancomycin was the lowest of drug resistance to GPB Conclusions The GNB was the major pathogens,Imipenem was the lowest of drug resistance;the Staphylococcus is the most common in the GPB,Vancomycin was the lowest of drug resistance
