| 摘 要： | 目的 观察多瑞吉治疗中～重度慢性癌痛的临床疗效。方法 收集中～重度慢性癌痛45例，均因无法口服、不能耐受或口服止痛药无效等改用多瑞吉。结果 使用多瑞吉12h后疼痛均不同程度减轻。轻度缓解3例，中度缓解13例，明显缓解16例，完全缓解11例，无效2例。结论 多瑞吉用于中～重度慢性癌痛止痛效果好，使用方便，特别适合于不能经口服药或对吗啡不能耐受者。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of durogesic in the treatment of moderate to serve cancerous pain.Methods Fourty five patients with moderate to serve pain due to cancer received the treatment of durogesic because they could not take drugs orally.Results Pains released defferently after the patients were treated with durogesic for 12 hours.Of the 45 patients,cancerous pain released mildly in 3 cases,moderately in 13 cases,and obviously in 16 cases,completely released in 11 cases,2 cases had no response.Conclusion Durogesic has nice effect on releasing pain with little side effect and is easy for use.Durogesic is especially suitable to those who can not take drugs orally or those who can not toleavate the side effect of mophy taken orally. |
