2011年泰州市区结核病诊疗情况分析

目的为了解泰州市区结核病的临床类型、年龄结构、病例分类,治疗转归等情况,为结核病防控提供依据。方法对2011年专科门诊确诊的病人进行登记、诊断、治疗、管理,所有资料数据录入Excel 2003,并应用SPSS 18.0进行流行病学分析。结果 2011年市区结核病人年登记率为62.73/10万,以45~64岁为主,占42.59%岁,男女比1.75∶1;农民占70.03%,其次为工人,占19.19%;全年涂阳结核病治愈率达88.24%,涂阴病人及未查痰病人完成疗率95.38%。结论目前泰州市市区结核病疫情仍较严重,需加强宣传,增强学生、农民等重点人群结核病防控力度,降低结核病发病。

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis patients in Taizhou in 2011

Objective To investigate clinical types,age structure,case classification and treatment outcome of tuberculosis patients in Taizhou urban area; to provide basis for tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods For patients diagnosed in 2011 ,all information and data of registration, diagnosis, treatment and management was input into worksheet （Excel 2003）, which was subjected to epidemiological analysis using SPSS 18.0. Results In 2011 , tuberculosis registration rate was 62.73%,patients were mainly from 45 to 64 years old,accounted for 42.59%, with male to female ratio of 1.75 ： 1. Farmers accounted for 70.03%, followed by workers, which accounted for 19. 19%. Annual cure rate of smear-positive TB patients was 88.24%lfor smear-negative patients and patients whose sputum results were not available,the treatment rate was 95. 38%. Conclusion Current TB epidemic situation in Taizhou urban area is still serious. In order to reduce incidence of TB, ad- vocacy should be enhanced to improve the intensity of prevention and control on key TB groups such as students and farmers.
