南通市公共场所集中空调通风系统污染状况调查

摘    要:
目的了解南通市区集中空调通风系统污染情况,为加强卫生管理提供依据。方法 2011-2012年随机抽取南通市使用集中空调通风系统的大型商场、超市、宾馆及医院,共计44家,对送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数和冷却水中嗜肺军团菌进行检测。结果 44家集中空调通风系统的公共场所细菌总数合格率为96.7%,真菌总数合格率为97.7%,积尘量合格率为92.6%,PM10合格率为100.0%;2011年检测16家,合格率87.5%,2012年检测26家,合格率为84.6%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2011年共采集17份冷却水,嗜肺军团菌检出率为11.8%;2012年采集22份,检出率为36.4%,平均检出率为25.6%,两年差异无统计学意义(P0.05);经过清洗的公共场所合格率为100.0%,而未经清洗的公共场所合格率为66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论公共场所集中空调通风系统仍存在卫生问题,使用单位应加强清洗消毒和卫生管理,监督部门应加强卫生监督。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate central air conditioning ventilation system pollution situation in Nantong urban area; to provide basis for health management reinforcement. Methods Totally 44 public places equipped with central air conditioning ventilation system, including shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels and hospitals were randomly selected from 2011 to 2012 for this survey. Inhalable particle matter 10(PM10), duct surface dust, total bacteria count, total fungi count and legionelia pneu- mophila in cooling water samples were determined . Results Qualification rate of total bacterial count, total fungi count, duct surface dust and PM10 in 44 public places equipped with central air conditioning ventilation systems was 96. 7%, 97. 7%, 92.6% ,100.0% ,respectively. For 16 public places examined in 2011, qualification rate was 87.5% ; for 26 public places ex- amined in 2012, qualification rate was 84.6%, with no significant difference (P〉0.05). For 17 cooling water samples collect- ed in 2011, positive rate of legionella pneumophila was 11.8 % ; for 22 cooling water samples collected in 2012, positive rate of legionella pneumophila was 36.4%, with no significant difference (P〉0.05) , 2-year average positive rate was 25.6%. Quali- fication rate of public places which were cleaned and not cleaned was 100.0% and 66.7% ,re,;pectively, with significant differ- enee(P〈0.05). Conclusion Central air conditioning ventilation systems in public places still have hygiene problems. Clean- ing, sanitation and health management should be enhanced. Health departments supervision should be strengthened.
