摘    要:本文以恶性疟原虫配子体血症病人血,喂词大劣按蚊,血餐后11~13d,解剖唾液腺,计数子孢子感染率。本芴醇服药前及药后24、48h腺感染率分别为35.0、9.1、3.8%(P<0.05);本芴醇分别与蒿甲醚、双氢青蒿素、青蒿琥酯伍用,治疗前腺感染率分别为25.4、42.6、63.2%,服药后48h皆降至0:蒿甲醚、双氢青蒿素、有篙琥酯单独使用,治前腺感染率分别为14.3、67.9、5.3%,治后48h分别为5.4、26.8、4.3%。表明本芴醇有一定的抑制孢子增殖效果,它与青蒿素衍生物分别配伍应用,能明显提高抑制孢子增殖的作用。

Abstract:To understand whether the reproduction of P.falciparum can be inhibited after using the combination of benflumetol and artemisinin derivative.An dirus were fed with blood collected from Patients with falciparum gametocytes and dissected to calculate the sporozites infection rate in salivary gland at 12th or 13th dsy for blood meal. In benflumetol group,the gland infection rates before treatment, 24h and 48h after treatment were 35.0%, 9.1% and 3.8% respectively(P<0.01). In combination groups i. e. benflumetol + artemether,or + dihydroartemisinin,or + artesunate, the gland infection rates before treatment were 25. 4%, 42. 6% and 63. 2% while they were all 0% 48 h after teratment . In single artemether, dihydroartemisinin,or artesunate group,the gland infection rates before treatment were 14. 3%, 67. 9%, 5. 3%,while they were 5. 4%, 26. 8%, 4. 3 % respectively 48 h after treatment. The reaults be that benflumetol could inhibit the reproduction of falciparum sporozoites in anophline mosquito and the effect could be enhanced by artemisinin derivetive.
