钛缆张力带螺钉内固定治疗重度肩锁关节脱位

摘    要:目的探讨钛缆张力带螺钉内固定手术治疗重度肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法对我院自2005年8月至2007年3月收治的10例重度肩锁关节脱位病人采用钛缆张力带螺钉内固定治疗。结果采用Lazzcano标准评定,本组10例病人中,优9例,良1例,肩锁关节术后无再脱位发生,无钛缆断裂发生。结论采用钛缆张力带螺钉内固定系统治疗重度肩锁关节脱位具有以下优势:创伤较小,抗旋转,能减少肩锁间距,避免术后再脱位及松弛,是一种有效的治疗手段。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficiency of using Zimmer Cable-Ready Cable Pin System while carrying out ORIF operation to sever dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint.Methods Ten cases of acromioclavicular dislocation were carried out the ORIF operation using Zimmer Cable-Ready Cable Pin System.Results All the case were followed up for 4-18 months after operation.Adopting Lazzcano standard to evaluate the patient's function after the operation,10 cases including excellent 9 and good 1.No injury of nerve and blood vessel and no dislocation again,no infection,no looseness occurred of internal fixation devices.Conclusion This method is characterized by little wound,fixation firmly,moving the joint early,reducing the interval of acromioclavicular joint,and it is an effective method to cure sever acromioclavicular dislocation.
