高频超声对乳腺肿块鉴别诊断与病理检查对比分析

目的探讨乳腺肿块的彩超诊断与病理检查对照分析，总结误诊原因。方法使用5．0～10MHz高频、彩色多普勒超声对189例临床高度怀疑为恶性乳腺肿块而行手术治疗病人进行彩超检查，术后均做病理检查对照。结果189例乳腺肿块，恶性肿块127例，占67．2％；良性肿块62例，占32．8％，超声诊断与病理诊断符合率84％，误诊率8％，未定性率8％。结论彩超是一种安全、方便，重复性强的无创伤性检查方法。大多数乳腺良、恶性肿块超声声像图有相同的共性和一定的规律可循，结合彩色血流形态学和动力学参数的检测，配合做超声引导穿刺细胞学检查，对乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断有重要的临床意义。

Analysis on Differential diagnosis of Breast Masss with High Frequency Ultrasound

Objective To discuss the differential diagnosis of breast mass whth high frequency ultrasound cantrasted with pathology. Summarize the reason of misdiagnosis.Methods 189 cases who were suspected malignant tumor and ready to be operated were detected with high frequency color ultrasound.The results were compared with pathology.Results There were 127 cases in malignant(67.2%) and 62 cases in benign(32.8%).The coincidence rate was 84%,misdiagnosis rate 8% and uncertain 8%.Conclusion This method might be safe,simple,replicate and non-invasive.The mass image of breast might have common principle.The differential diagnosis should be combined with mass blood flow,puncture with cytology.
