| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者的血液流变学变化。方法对２６例糖尿病视网膜病变（ＤＲ）患者、３２例糖尿病眼底正常者（ＮＤＲ）和３１例正常人（对照组）进行血液流变学测定。结果ＤＲ组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉均高于ＮＤＲ组。结论血液粘度的升高与ＤＲ的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes in the blood rheology of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 26 patients with diabetic retinopathy,32 diabetic patients without retinopathy and 31 normal persons were measured the indexes of blood rheology.Results The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte to sedimentation rate in the patients with DR were signficantly higher than the patients without DR.Conclusions It is concluded the higher blood viscosity was related to the occurrence of the diabetic retinopathy. |
