针刺为主治疗小儿脑性瘫痪６０例疗效观察

观察头针、颞三针、体针配合脑活素、北芪注射液穴位注射治疗６０例小儿脑性瘫痪患者，总有效率８５％。结果显示：疾病类型与疗效差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），各类型小儿脑性瘫痪均可采用本法治疗；各发病年龄段治疗结果比较提示１－３岁患儿治疗效果最佳，优于３岁以上患儿（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示小儿脑性瘫痪要及早诊断治疗，才能取得满意的治疗效果。

Treatment or Cerebral Hemiplegia in Children Mainly by Acupuncture: A Clinical Observation of 60 Cases

Sixty children with cerebral hemiplegia (CH) were treated by scalp acupuncture, temple triplet -- needle, body acupuncture and associated with Nao Huo Su and Radix Astragali acupoint injection, the total effective rate being 85%. The results indicated that the types of disease have no significant difference with curative effect(P > 0. 05), and the measures employed are suitable for various types of CH in children. It was also shown that the curative effect is best in the ages of 1 -- 3 years, better than those over 3 years(P < 0. 05), suggesting that the disease should be treated as early as possible.
