| 摘 要： | 肿瘤血管生成促进肿瘤的持续生长和转移。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是最特异和最重要的血管生成调节因子。通过与VEGF受体结合,VEGF刺激血管内皮细胞增殖和迁移,在新生血管过程中发挥关键作用。VEGF及其受体与结直肠癌肝转移的发生、发展、侵袭及预后有关,可能成为防治结直肠癌肝转移的有效靶点。本文就VEGF在结直肠癌肝转移中的研究进展予以综述。 |

| Abstract: | Tunmr angiogenesis promotes continuous growth and metastasis of tumor. Vascular endothelial growth factors（VEGF） are the most specific and crucial regulators of angiogenesis. By binding with VEGF receptors,VEGF stimulate the proliferation and metastasis of vascular endothelial cells, play a key role in the new vessels. VEGF and its receptors are correlated with the genesis and growth, invasion and prognosis in colorectal cancer liver metastases, are possible to be a good therapeutic target for the prevention of colorectal cancer liver metastasis. This article reviews the research advancement of VEGF in colorectal cancer liver metastases. |
