马鞭草提取物对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究

目的为了研究马鞭草提取物对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法以H22荷瘤小鼠作为研究对象,用马鞭草的醇提取物和水提取物灌胃（32g/Kg）,10 d后检测动物的瘤重、体重、和脾重,计算体重变化、抑瘤率、脾指数。结果马鞭草水提取物和醇提取物组肿瘤重量明显低于对照组,抑瘤率分别为32.5%和40.3%;马鞭草水提取物和醇提取物组动物体重增长明显低于对照组;脾指数较顺铂组明显降低。结论马鞭草水提取物和醇提取物均可明显抑制荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤的生长,但同时对荷瘤小鼠的体重增长和脾脏有降低作用。

Experimental study of effect on tumor-inhibition in mice with tumor

Purpose To study the effect of extraction of verbena officinalis L on tumor-inhibition in mice with H22.Methods The mice with H22 were given extraction of verbena officinalis L（32g/Kg）.The weight,tumor weight,spleen weight were measured.Results The results showed that both the water-extraction and the alcohol-extraction of verbena officinalis L inhibited the growth of the tumor.The rats of tumor-inhibition were 32.5% and 40.3% respecfively in the experimenfal gronps and the cordrols.The growth of weight and spleen weight in both group of water-extraction and alcohol-extraction declined.Conclusion The extraction of verbena officinalis L can inhibit tumor growth and reduce the weight and spleen weigh.
