儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染的血浆ICAM—1的研究

目的探讨呼吸道合胞病毒感染与哮喘的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定28例呼吸道合胞病毒（RS）感染患儿、41例哮喘息性发作期和3O例正常健康儿童血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1（ICAM-1）的浓度。结系RSV感染血浆ICAM-1及哮喘急性发作期血浆ICAM-1浓度均较对照组明显升高（P＜0.001）。RSV感染血浆ICAM-1浓度高于哮喘急性发作期，但两者相比较无显著差异。结论血浆中ICAM-1浓度升高，不仅与哮喘慢性气道炎症形成有关，而且与RSV急性感染有关。

Study of Plasma Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 in Children with RSV Infection

Objective To investigate the concentration of plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM-1) in children with infection of respiratory syncytial viruses (RSV) and explore the relationship between RSV infection and asthma. Methods The concentration of plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule- 1 (sICAM -1) was assayed with the double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique in 28 cases of RSV infection, 41 cases of asthma and 30 cases of healthy normal control. Results The concentration of sICAM -1 in RSV infection group and asthma group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.001). Conclusion The sICAM - 1 was not only related to the development of the chronic airway inflammation asthma but also may be associated with RSV infection.
