支原体感染诱发小儿哮喘20例临床研究

为了探讨肺炎支原体（MP）感染与哮喘发病的关系，本文对109名哮喘患儿进行了MP—PCR检测及临床免疫学研究。结果表明：哮喘组有20例（MP—PCR）阳性（阳性率为18．3％），体液免疫降低，说明在哮喘的发病中MP感染是不容忽视的诱发因素。

THE CLINICAL STUDY ON 20 CASES OF CHILDREN ASTHMA INDUCED BY THE INFECTION OF MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE

In order to explore the relationship between the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP)and asthma attack, The MP - PCR and clinic immunological function tests in 109 children with asthma were conducted.The results showed that there were 20 patients with MP-PCR positive in asthmatic group (the positive rate is 18. 3% ) and the humoral imunity was low. The study illustrates that the MP infection was an important inducing factor in asthma attack.
