维生素D致肥胖大鼠模型的实验研究

摘    要:
目的提供一种简易、经济、快速、便捷地诱发肥胖模型的方法. 方法将雄性 SD大鼠 30只随机分为实验组和对照组,每组 15只.实验组一次性腹腔注射维生素 D300 U/g,对照组同时注射等量生理盐水.存活 30 d后测 Lee's指数、脂肪系数、 600倍光镜每视野脂肪细胞个数及血清瘦素水平. 结果实验组 Lee's指数及脂肪系数 (分别为 313.7± 6.9, 0.26± 0.05)明显高于对照组 (分别为 302.6± 4.2, 0.13± 0.03)(t=5.352,9.455,P< 0.05);实验组每视野脂肪细胞个数、血清瘦素水平 [实验组(31.2± 17.6)μ g/L, 对照组 (7.5± 6.3) μ g/L〗明显低于对照组 (t=5.481,4.912,P< 0.05). 结论一次性腹腔大剂量注射维生素 D能方便快捷地诱发肥胖.

Experimental study on the obesity rat model induced by vitamin D
Abstract:
AIM:To study a convenient and economical method of evoking obesity models. METHODS:Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 15 rats each.The rats in the experimental group were injected with vitamin D 300 U/g through abdominal cavity,while those in the control group with equivalent saline.Thirty days later all rats were killed,Lee's index,fat coefficient and the number of adipocytes per sight under light microscope(600× ),the level of leptin in serum were detected. RESULTS:It was showed the levels of Lee's index and fat coefficient were higher in the experimental group(313.7± 6.9 and 0.26± 0.05) than in the control group(302.6± 4.2 and 0.13± 0.03), (t=5.352,9.455,P< 0.005);the number of adipocytes per sight under light microscope(600× ) was reduced,while the leptin in serum increased[experimental group(31.2± 17.6)μ g/L,control group(7.5± 6.3)μ g/L]. CONCLUSION:It is easy and convenient to evoke obesity by injecting large dosage vitamin D once through abdominal cavity.
