护理干预对提高精神分裂症病人自知力作用的研究

为探讨护理干预对精神分裂症病人自知力恢复的影响，随机选取100例精神分裂症病人，研究组在常规治疗护理的基础上进行有效的护理干预，主要分定向、认可、深入、导向4个阶段；对照组仅行常规治疗护理，运用精神护理观察量表（NORS）测定病人自知力恢复情况。结果：研究组从第4周开始至出院，自知力恢复情况明显好于对照组，表明护理干预能有效地促进病人自知力的恢复，改善服药依从性，巩固疗效。

Role of Nursing Intervention on Enhancing Self-knowledge of Patients With Schizophrenia

To Probe into the influence of nursing intervention on the self-knowledge recovery of patients with schizophrenia, 100 cases of patients were selected randomly as test group and effective nursing intervention including 4 steps of orientation, approval, deep-going, and direction were given based on routine treatment and nursing. However patients in control group only received routine treatment and nursing. NORS was adopted to determine the self-knowledge recovery of patients. Results showed that from the fourth week hospitalization to the time of discharge,the fraction value of self-knowledge of the test group patients was significantly lower than that of control group patients.Suggested that nursing intervention may effectively accelerate the self-knowledge recovery of the patients. It can both improve the medicine-taking compliance and consolidate curative effect of the patients.
