摘    要:
目的:探讨我国合同制护士的基本现况。方法:从我国东、中、西部各选取一所三级医院和二级医院,每医院各随机抽取50名在编护士和50名合同制护士,采用问卷调查和个人深度访谈的方式进行调查。结果:合同制护士在学历水平、职称水平、工作负荷量、工资待遇上均与在编护士有较显著差异。结论:应提高合同制护士在医院中的地位,保障其待遇,贯彻落实国家相关政策和法规。

A Study of Current Basic Status of Contracted Nurses in China

Abstract:
Objective:The paper is to explore the current basic situation of contract nurses. Method:One second-class hospital and one third- class hospital were selected from the eastern, central and western China respectively, and 50 staffnurses and 50 contracted nurses were randomly selected in each hospital. Then a questionnaire and in-depth interview were used to investigate them. Result:There is a better status of staffnurses than that of contracted nurses in education level, technical title, working load and salary. Conclusion:It is necessary to increase the status of the contracted nurses in hospitals, to ensure their salaries and welfares, and to carry out the relevant national policies and regulations.
