电针围刺配合超激光治疗带状疱疹19例

目的观察电针围刺配合超激光疼痛治疗仪（Super Lizer HA-550）治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 38例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组19例。对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦治疗;治疗组采用电针围刺配合超激光治疗。两组疗程均为10天,观察止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间,并评价综合治疗效果。结果电针围刺配合超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗带状疱疹有效率为94.7%,优于对照组的有效率84.2%,同时,治疗组的止痛、止疱及结痂时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率比对照组明显减少。结论电针围刺配合超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗带状疱疹疗效确切,并能缩短疼痛持续时间,促进疱疹愈合结痂,减少后遗神经痛的发病率。

Efficacy Observation of Surrounding Eletroacupancture Union Super Lizer HA-550 on Herpes Zoster

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surrounding eletroacupancture union Super Lizer HA-550 on herpes zoster.Methods 38 cases of Herpes zoster were randomly divided into a treatment group of 19 cases treated with surrounding eletroacupancture union Super Lizer HA-550,and a control group of 19 cases supplied with Acyclovir respectively.In the two groups,the time of pain relieving,incrustation and decrustation during treatment were observed and recorded for comprehensive efficacy evaluation.Results The 38 cases in the treatment group were cured within 10 days with an effective rate of 94.7%,Which Was better than 84.2%in the control group（P0.05）,and the time of pain relieving,incrustation and decrustation of herpes zostor was shortened in the treatment group .The incidence of residual neuralgia reduced.Conclusion Surrounding eletroacupancture union Super Lizer HA-550 has obvious clinical effect on herpes zoster with the time of pain relieving,incrustation and decrustation shortened .The incidence of residual neuralgia reduced.
