护理干预对食管癌患者同步放化疗临床疗效的影响

目的探讨早期护理干预对食管癌患者同步放疗及化疗疗效的影响。方法将78例符合入选标准的食管癌患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组38例，对照组按常规及对症护理，观察组采取早期护理干预，观察早期干预措施对食管癌患者同步放疗及化疗的临床效果。结果观察组放射性皮炎、急性放射性气管炎和放射性食管炎发生率明显低于对照组，P均〈0．05，差异有显著性。结论早期护理干预能增强患者战胜疾病的信心，顺利完成放、化疗，有助于控制食管癌患者放、化疗期间放射性皮炎、急性放射性气管炎和放射性食管炎的发生，改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of Nursing Intervention for Esophageal Cancer Patients UndergoingConcurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early nursing intervention for esophageal cancer patients undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods 78 cases of esophageal cancer in accordance with selected standard were randomly divided into observation group with 38 cases and control group with 40 cases. Routine nursing care and symptom-based nursing were implemented to the patients in control group. Early nursing interventions were implemented to the patients in therapy group,and the effects of early nursing intervention on esophageal cancer patients undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were observed. Results Incidence of radiodermatitis,acute radiation bron- chitis and radiation esophagitis of patients in observation group were lower than that of patients~ in control group obviously. There were signifi- cant difference between two groups in clinical effects （ P d0. 05）. Conclusion Early nursing intervention could heighten patients confidence a- gainst disease,and contribute to completing the riaotherapy and chemotherapy smoothly, controlling radiodermatitis, acute radiation bronchitis and radiation esophagitis of esophageal cancer patients in stages of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and improving the patients＇ quality of life.
