摘    要:目的 了解医学硕士研究生对临床流行病学的认知状况,并通过对影响教学成绩因素的分析,找出影响临床流行病学教学效果的关键因素,为改进教学效果措施的制定提供科学依据。方法 以郑州市某高校医学院2015级全体硕士研究生为调查对象,采用统一自填式问卷调查硕士研究生对临床流行病学的认知状况,并采用多重线性回归的方法分析影响学习效果的因素。结果 目前医学硕士研究生对临床流行病学相关知识和该课程的重要性还缺少足够的了解,年龄相对较大、女性、7年制、经常进行课前预习、课后复习及经常参与课堂讨论对学习较高有促进作用。结论 临床流行病学是一门需要不断学习和实践的学科,为医学研究生开设这门课程非常必要;研究生临床流行病学教学应重视督促学生思维方式的转换,在授课过程中应根据学生的特点采用针对性的教学,以更好地提高该课程的教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To understand the medical graduate students cognition status of clinical epidemiology, and to analyze factors influencing the teaching result, find out the key factors influencing the clinical epidemiology teaching effect, to provide scientific basis for the establishment of measures to improve the teaching effect. Methods To Select a university medical school class of 2015 all the graduate students in Zhengzhou as investigation object, adopts the unified since a fill in the questionnaire survey the cognition of clinical epidemiological situation of postgraduate, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors that influence the learning effect. Results The medical graduate student of clinical epidemiology related knowledge and the importance of the course lacked enough understanding, relatively older, female, 7 years, often to preview before class, review after class and often participate in class discussion of higher learning. Conclusion Clinical epidemiology is a discipline that requires constant learning and practice. It is necessary to open this course for medical graduates. Graduate students of clinical epidemiology teaching should attach importance to supervise and urge students way of thinking the conversion, in the teaching process should be used according to the characteristics of the students of targeted teaching, in order to better improve the teaching effect of the course.
