烟台市806份动物源性食品中违禁药物及兽药残留检测

摘    要:
目的 了解烟台市动物源性食品中违禁药物及兽药残留的污染情况。方法 采用随机采样的方法,于2012-2017年于烟台辖区内养殖环节、运输环节、流通环节和餐饮环节,采集动物源性食品806份,依据GB/T 22338-2008和《2013年国家食品污染和有害因素风险工作手册》中兽药及违禁药物检测的标准操作程序进行检测。结果 违禁药物及兽药残留总体检出率为261%(21/806)。13份样本中9种违禁药物检出,违禁药物样本检出率为161%(13/806)。其中2份鸡肉中均检出氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星,检出率分别为571%(2/35)和571%(2/35)。2份鸡蛋中检出强力霉素,检出率为8%(2/25)。2份猪肉、2份牛羊肉、1份动物内脏存在β-受体激动剂的检出,检出率分别为247%(2/81)、351%(2/57)和161%(1/62)。2份双壳类和2份鱼类水产品中有硝基呋喃代谢物检出,检出率分别为5%(2/40)和247%(2/81)。10份样本中4种兽药残留检出,兽药残留样品检出率为124%(10/806)。分别为8份鸡肉中检出达氟沙星和环丙沙星,检出率分别为2286%(8/35)和571%(2/35)。2份鸡肉中检出强力霉素和金霉素,检出率分别为8%(2/25)和4%(1/25)。结论 烟台市动物源性食品中违禁药物及兽药存在一定程度的残留污染,表明存在违禁药物及兽药滥用现象,建议强化规范生产和监督管理,保障食品安全。

Abstract:
Objective To know the contamination situation of forbidden drug and veterinary drug residue in animal derived food in YantaiMethods 806 samples were randomly collected from breeding,transportation,circulation and catering links in Yantai from 2012 to 2017The samples were determined according to standard operating procedures of GB/T 22338-2008 and Manual of China National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring 2013Results Total positive rate of forbidden drug and veterinary drug residue was 261%(21/806)9 kinds of forbidden drug in 13 samples were detected,with a total positive rate of 161%(13/806)Ofloxacin and norfloxacin were both detected in 2 samples of chicken with detection rates of 571%(2/35)and 571%(2/35)Doxycycline was detected in 2 samples of eggs with a detection rate of 8%(2/25)β-receptor agonist was detected in 2 samples of pork,2 samples of beef and mutton and 1 sample of pluck with detection rates of 247%(2/81),351%(2/57)and 161%(1/62)Nitrofuran metabolites were detected in bivalve and fish with detection rates of 5%(2/40)and 247%(2/81)4 kinds of veterinary drug were detected in 10 samples with a total positive rate of 124%(10/806)Danofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin were detected in 8 samples of chicken with detection rates of 2286%(8/35)and 571%(2/35)Doxycycline and Aureomycin were detected in 2 samples of chicken with detection rates of 8%(2/25)and 4%(1/25)Conclusion A certain degree of forbidden drug and veterinary drug residue was detected in animal derived food in Yantai,which indicates that abuse of forbidden drug and veterinary drug residue existsStandard production,supervision and inspection should be strengthened in food production to ensure food safety.
