中药注射剂用于胃癌患者的合理性评价研究

目的 了解胃癌住院患者中药注射剂的使用情况，评价其使用的合理性，以促进临床合理用药。方法 选取中国人民解放军成都军区总医院HIS系统中2014年1 - 12月使用中药注射剂的胃癌住院患者病历资料127份。从中药注射剂适应症、单次剂量、溶媒、疗程及联合用药等方面进行合理性分析。结果 中药注射剂使用品种为6种，使用最多的分别为复方苦参注射液（28.74%）、康艾注射液（25.00%）、参附注射液（20.98%），不合理用药现象药物与使用频次现象相同，其中复方苦参注射液占8.04%，康艾注射液占7.76%，参附注射液占2.30%。中药注射剂不合理使用主要为疗程不适宜（8.90%）、溶媒用量不适宜（7.76%）。结论 中药注射剂不规范使用须引起临床重视，正确认识中药注射剂的安全问题，做到辩证施治、合理用药。

Rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injection for patients with gastric cancer

Objective To analyze the utilization of traditional Chinese injections in the Hospital of Chengdu Military Area for gastric cancer so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods The utilization data of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the Hospital of Chengdu Military Area retrieved from HIS system were analyzed statistically in aspects of indications, single dose, menstruum, course and combination, from January to December 2014. Results The variety of traditional Chinese medicine injections were 6. The most frequently used Chinese medicine injections-compound Ku shen injection was 50.17%, Kang ai injection 25.00%, Shen fu injection 20.98%, and the most unreasonably used of Chinese medicine injections-Kang ai injection was 8.04%, compound Ku shen injection was 7.76%, Shen fu injection 2.30%. The unreasonable uses of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly course of treatment(8.90%), and menstruum dose(7.76%). Conclusion It should be emphasized to determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and use drugs rationally in an attempt to enhance curative effect while reducing incidences of adverse drug effects.
