脑卒中病人急性期血压的变化

①目的观察脑卒中病人急性期血压变化的规律,探讨其发生机制及治疗方法.②方法对110例经颅脑CT检查确诊的脑卒中病人急性期血压进行了连续7d的动态观察,并与100例普外科住院病人血压变化进行了比较.③结果脑卒中组与对照组病人均以入院后首次血压(FBP)为最高,不采取任何降压措施,脑卒中组病人血压迅速下降,4～5d达低值,以后血压在此水平上下波动;24h内下降幅度以发病前有高血压者为著(F=5.47,q=3.70,P＜0.01).入院后第10天仅有1/3的病人血压仍呈高水平,而对照组血压下降不明显.④结论脑卒中病人急性期血压存在着先升高后下降的变化规律,急性期降压应慎重.

Changes of blood pressure in patients with acute stroke

Objective To evaluate the regulation of blood pressure variety in acute stroke patients,and explore the mechanism and treatment. Methods A mobile observation of blood pressure was carried out in 110 patients with acute stroke confirmed by cerebral CT scanning. The results were compared with the blood pressure in 100 patients of general surgery. Results The blood pressure of patients in both groups was the highest at the first check after admission. Then the pressure came down rapidly without any antihypertensive therapy and reached to low level in 4-5 days and fluctuated around this level thereafter. At tenth day after admission, only one-third of the patients' blood pressure remained high. The reduction of the blood pressure in control group was not obvious. Conclusion our study showed that the blood pressure of patients with stroke went up firstly. then came down. These data suggest that blood pressure reduction should be taken with precausion during the acute period.
