摘    要:胆红素一直被认为是人体内一种有害的代谢产物,血清胆红素常作为一项重要生化指标应用于临床疾病的诊断。但随着近年来人们对血红素加氧酶/一氧化碳-胆红素系统研究不断深入,发现传统观念对胆红素的认识不够完全。胆红素不只是体内的代谢产物,在一定浓度下,它还是一种内源性强抗氧化剂,具有抗氧化、抗脂质过氧化、抗炎、抑制细胞凋亡、保护细胞免受损伤以及增强维生素C和维生素E的抗氧化能力等作用。因此,本文就胆红素及胆红素对缺氧致心肌损伤时SOD及MDA影响进行综述。
