黄芩中黄芩苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究黄芩中黄芩苷的提取工艺.方法:采用正交设计法,以黄芩苷为考察指标,对影响黄芩提取工艺的因素进行优选.结果:本试验设计3因素中浸泡时间对提取效果有显著影响.结论:黄芩提取的最佳工艺为提取2次,加水量第1次为12倍,第2次为9倍,不浸泡,提取时间为第1次90min,第2次60min.

Abstract:Objective:To study the water extraction techniques of Radix Scutellariae.Methods:The water decocting techniques were optimized by orthogonal designed methods with the contents of baicalin in the extract.Results:The soaking time significantly effect the extracting efficiency.Conclusion:The optimal decocting conditions of the root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were:refluxing for two times,adding 12 times amount of water for the first time and 9 times for the second time,no soaking,and 1.5 hours for the first time and 1 hour for the last one.
