拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压患者妊娠结局的影响

目的：探讨在妊娠期高血压患者中采用拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁联合进行治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2014年4月-2016年4月我院收治的58例妊娠期高血压患者，根据住院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各29例患者。对照组患者通过硫酸镁进行治疗，实验组患者通过拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁联合进行治疗，对比两组患者血压情况、分娩方式以及新生儿结局。结果两组患者在治疗后血压均有明显的下降，但是实验组患者治疗后的血压值低于对照组，两组患者间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。实验组患者的自然分娩率明显高于对照组患者，两组患者自然分娩率间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。实验组早产率、宫内窘迫率以及新生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论在妊娠期高血压患者中采用拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁联合进行治疗，有效地降低了患者的血压，提高了自然分娩率，也改善了新生儿结局情况，值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Effect of Labetalol Combined with Magnesium Sulfate on Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Hypertension

Objective To study in patients with hypertension in pregnancy with labetalol and Magnesium Sulfate joint treatment on the outcome of pregnancy. Methods 58 cases of patients with gestational hypertension from April 2014-2016 year in April in our hospital, according to the order of hospitalization were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 29 patients in each group. The patients in the control group through the treatment of patients in the experimental group by Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate and labetalol combined therapy, compared two groups of patients with blood pressure, mode of delivery and neonatal outcomes. Results the two groups after treatment in patients with blood pressure signiifcantly decreased, but experimental group after treatment in patients with blood pressure lower than the control group, two groups of patients with obvious differences (P<0.05). The patients in the experimental group the natural birth rate was signiifcantly higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups in the rate of natural childbirth was signiifcantly (P<0.05). The experimental group of preterm birth Rate, intrauterine distress rate and the rate of neonatal asphyxia were signiifcantly lower than those in control group. Between the two groups signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in the labetalol and magnesium sulfate combined therapy, effectively reduces the patient's blood pressure, increase the natural delivery rate, but also improve the neonatal outcome, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
