摘 要: | ![]() 目的探讨力量性有氧运动对原发性高血压者血压控制及锻炼依从性的效果。方法选取2014年7月-2015年7月本院心血管科收治的96例原发性高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。观察组采取力量性有氧运动方案,对照组患者采用常规运动方法。比较两组患者血压、运动依从性、降压药服用量变化。结果运动1个月及3个月,两组患者舒张压差异无统计(P0.05),观察组收缩压明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者锻炼坚持率达84.29%,对照组坚持率为62.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);运动12周后,观察组有33%患者服药量减少1/3,有20.83%减半,对照组有16.67%患者服药量减少1/3,有6.25%减半,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论以力量性有氧运动进行锻炼能有效控制原发性高血压患者血压水平,提高运动依从性。

The analysis of antihypertensive efficacy of aerobic strength training on essential hypertension patients |

Abstract: | ![]() Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic strength training on blood pressure (BP)control and exercise compliance for patients with essential hypertension.Methods 96 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two treatment group(n =48)and control group(n =48).Treatment group adopted the aero-bic strength training strategy,and control group adopted the routine exercise method.The BP,average exercise time,changes of blood pressure medication dose were compared between two groups.Results After 1 month and 3 months’exercises,diastolic blood pressure in both groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05 ),the systolic blood pressure of treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group.The difference had statistical-ly significant(P <0.05);Exercise persistence rate of treatment group and control group was 84.29% and 62.70%respectively.The comparison of the two groups had significant difference(P <0.05 ).The observation group had 33% patients with the dosage of 1/3 and 20.83% of them with half dosage after 12 weeks’exercise.In the control group,there were 1 6.67% patients with 1/3 dosage,6.25% of them with half dosage.there was significant differ-ence between the two group (P <0.05).Conclusion Exercise can effectively control the level of blood pressure in pa-tients with essential hypertension and improve exercise compliance. |
