| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨比较经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TUVP)与经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效.方法BPH 145例分为TUVP组73例,PKRP组72例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血、电切综合征发生率、包膜穿孔率、术后血清钠、术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS).结果 TUVP组手术时间、电切综合征发生率(TURS)、包膜穿孔率、术后当天血清钠分别为(75±20)min、2.7%、16.4%、(135±6.1)mmol/L,与PKRP组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).TUVP组术中出血量(320±110)ml,PKRP为(330±100)ml,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).术后1月TUVP I-PSS(5±1.2)、QOL(1.3±0.5)、Qmax(24.5±5)ml/s;PKRP为(4.8±2)、(1.1±1)、(25±3)ml/s,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 TUVP与PKRP治疗BPH疗效基本一致,但PKRP更安全,适应证更广.
