105例胆总管壶腹结石嵌顿外科手术处理经验

目的 探讨胆总管壶腹结石嵌顿的外科处理方法.方法 对1990年2月至2006年12月湖南省人民医院肝胆外科收治的胆总管壶腹结石嵌顿105例进行回顾性分析.结果 全组恢复平顺,无胆漏、胰腺炎、十二指肠漏等并发症.结论 良好的暴露、微创外科技术的应用、长臂T管的使用、结合一系列改良手术技巧可以较满意的处理胆总管壶腹结石嵌顿.

Experience in management of impacted stone in common bile duct ampulla in 105 cases

Objective To investigate the treatment methods for impacted stone in the common bile duct ampulla. Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with ampulla impacted stone treated in our hospital from February 1990 to December 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All pa-tients were cured, there were no complications such as bile leakage, pancreatitis, duodenal fistula etc.Conclusion With good exposure of surgical fields, usage of micro-invasion surgical technical, using long limb T tube, combined with some improved surgical skills, we can deal with impacted stone in the common bile duct ampulla satisfactorily.
